We hope that you love all your Passeggiata Shoes purchases. However, if a return or exchange is needed, please follow the instructions below.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send another style, color, or size free of charge!
If you prefer a refund, please email greta@passeggiatashoes.com
- All Sale, Markdown, and Discount purchases are FINAL SALE
- We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet to prevent scuffs
- We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR — item must be in its original box in its original condition, with all original inserts
- DO NOT USE SHOE BOX as shipping container
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs
- Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
- We DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds AFTER 30 DAYS of original purchase date — NO EXCEPTIONS
- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy
