We hope that you love all your Passeggiata Shoes purchases. However, if a return or exchange is needed, please follow the instructions below.

 

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send another style, color, or size free of charge!

 

If you prefer a refund, please email greta@passeggiatashoes.com

  1. All Sale, Markdown, and Discount purchases are FINAL SALE
  2. We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet to prevent scuffs
  3. We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR — item must be in its original box in its original condition, with all original inserts
  4. DO NOT USE SHOE BOX as shipping container
  5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  6. Returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs
  7. Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
  8. We DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds AFTER 30 DAYS of original purchase date — NO EXCEPTIONS
  9. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy
